SMBA Annual Dinner 2017
Another year soon is coming to a end, a lot happened and lot of the experienced is to share. What works better for this than a nice dinner with friends? That’s why on November 25 the SMBA Annual Dinner 2017 at Rendez-Vous in Bangsar took place. 45 of us, from the Swiss Malaysian Business community, followed the invitation to get together for probably the last time for this year, before some travel overseas to celebrate Christmas and New Year with beloved families.
The evening was kicked off by welcome speeches of our Chairman, Chris Meyer, followed by our advisory committee member Werner Bardill, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Switzerland to Malaysia.
The dinner was a great success with good fun, interesting talks, big laughs and getting to know new people. Everybody walked away with a smile and a nice DKSH goody bag. In addition, five participants were the winners of a fully packed Nestlé Hamper, drawn by the committee members at the lucky draw.
The evening ended with a birthday celebration of our committee member Nurizan Augsburger and some last drinks in the close-by Mantra rooftop bar.
We are wishing all of you a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and looking forward to meeting you all again in 2018.
