SMBA Annual Dinner 2018
Celebrating another successful year, SMBA organized an entertaining Annual Dinner on 1 December at the Shisha Lounge, Solaris Mount Kiara. With a new record attendance of 65 members this was a great opportunity to spend time with old friends and get to know our new members.
The evening was kicked off with a welcome note of our Chairman, Chris Meyer, followed by a speech by His Excellency Mr. Michael Winzap, Ambassador of Switzerland. In his speech His Excellency was summarizing the key developments in the economic and political relationship between Malaysia and Switzerland.
The dinner was a great success with very tasty Iranian food and an outstanding belly dancing and fire performance. The evening was hosted by emcee James Thor who entertained the guests with quiz games, lucky draws and dance competitions.
The night continued with a live band performing Western and Iranian Songs, letting our members dance the night away.
