Swiss Breakfast Talk, 9th January 2020
On January 9th the Swiss Embassy together with the Swiss Malaysian Business Association hosted the first session of the “Swiss Breakfast Talks”. This was a great opportunity to start the new year with a delicious champagne breakfast prepared by the Chef of the Swiss Embassy.
Mr. Stephan Widrig, CEO of Flughafen Zuerich, and Mr. Daniel Bircher, CEO of Zurich Airport International Asia, presented an overview of the successful business model of Zurich Airport and the opportunities they see in the Asian Market. Their presentation was followed by a Q&A session where the members discussed e.g. how Malaysian Airports could benefit from the know-how of Zurich Airport or how its business model could be applied to other government linked companies in Malaysia.
