SMCC successfully held Q2 HR Circle at Hilti Asia IT Services Sdn Bhd (HAITS) in Oasis Square, Oasis Damansara. It was a very interesting and informative sessions where our first Speaker Mr Megat Fazrul Azlin Megat Abd Aziz, Head of Graduate and Emerging Talent in Talent Corporation Malaysia Bhd shared on current Talent Corp initiatives that are ongoing.
The second Speaker Mr Sathiamurthi Ratnam, Head of Client Relationship Management in MYXpats Services shared on MYXpats Operations that are useful in helping Companies who employ Expats and the services that can ease the hiring processes.
Our third Speaker Ms Gayathri Vadivel, Head of the Employment Services Department, Employment Insurance Office of Social Security Organization Malaysia (SOSCO) talked on MYFutureJobs and Jamin Kerja Incentives. Very interesting and good to know Malaysia is growing and will be very competitive with the incentives in place.
The last but not the least is Madam Suraiya Ch’ng bt. Abdullah, Deputy Director of the Labour Standards Division, Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia updated us on the current Amendments in Employment Act 1955 and Minimum Wage Order 2022.
A lot of information was downloaded but was very good information to take back especially for all the HR practitioners that attended.
