Together with Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC), Swiss Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (SMCC) had the privilege to visit Novartis Malaysia’s new office at Plaza Imazium. The eventful morning began with a short introduction by MDBC Executive Director, Marco Winter, and SMCC Chairman, Simon Fluck, followed by a welcome speech by Novartis Country President Malaysia & Brunei, Mohamed Elwakil. One of the brilliant minds behind the successful redesign project of the Novartis office at Imazium, Dennis Lee, shared the sustainable approach to designing and constructing the new office. Novartis aims to create a diverse and inclusive environment for every associate to feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work. We had an extensive tour of the two-level office. It was nothing short of amazing! The thoughts and details behind the plan, style, and construction were meticulous. And it all came together beautifully. Novartis brought interior design to a whole new level with its state-of-the-art office. We are thankful to be invited for the exclusive tour by Novartis.
