Swiss Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (SMCC) hosted HR Circle event on 5 September 2024 at Roche Malaysia , in collaboration with the EPF Malaysia.
The event began with an engaging presentation by Florence Tan, Human Resources Director at Roche, who provided an insightful overview of Roche’s operations.
Following Florence’s introduction, the spotlight shifted to Mr. Rahimi from EPF, who delivered a 60-minute keynote on the latest EPF updates, schemes, and investment opportunities. His session covered essential topics such as new EPF schemes aimed at enhancing retirement security, updates on investment strategies, and how employers and employees can better leverage these options for long-term financial well-being.
The presentation sparked a lively Q&A session, with participants engaging in thought-provoking discussions about how organizations can adapt to the evolving nature of work and integrate EPF’s new offerings into their employee benefits programs. Attendees exchanged perspectives on future workforce trends and the importance of retirement planning.
The event concluded with a lunch and networking session, where attendees continued their conversations, building valuable connections and exchanging ideas.
