A regional virtual workshop was hosted by The Embassy of Switzerland in Bangkok, focusright, Switzerland Global Enterprise and the Swiss-Thai Chamber of Commerce (STCC).
The event was held on 6 July 2021 from 3-5pm (GMT+8) .
The workshop aimed to support local and international companies working in the Southeast Asian region to conduct their business with respect for human rights, in line with the UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights (UNGP).
Through expert inputs, practice examples from Swiss companies and opportunities for Q&A, participants have gained a better understanding of what responsible business conduct means in practice, why it is important, and how it can be done.
