On 9th December 2021, our speaker Datin Shelina Razaly Wahi, Partner of Abdullah & Chan, gave good advise on Employment in the New Norm with Covid-19 being Endemic, covering the topics:
1. What if an employee refuses to be vaccinated against Covie-19?
2. Working from Home, Scheduling Work Rotations.
3. Other (new) SOPS for work.
