In collaboration with Tao Lifestyle, with the topic of ‘Achieve Excellence Without Sacrificing Well-Being’, Mr. Stephane Thiltgen Founder, Trainer & Coach, shared the Tao of Peak Performance holistic transformation methodology and unveiled various strategies, practices, and tools to address our contemporary challenges and thrive.
